Responsibilities
- Management of onshore and offshore resources
- Delivery and release schedules
- Provide management reporting and accountable delivery
- Evaluate and present solutions objectively
- Facilitate conflict resolution
- Participate in meetings & reviews with customers and team members
- Make sure that there is a documented process from business requirements/specifications to development
