This is traditionally referred to as a manufacturer’s warranty.

Break-Fix Services
  • Datec has a state-of-the-art managed engine system where tickets are logged for customers needing assistance with product issues.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Datec now provides Smart SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to manage customer sites.
  • Queries are referred to the support center, and calls are logged for engineers to be sent to customer sites.
  • Smart Automated Tools are used for pro-active maintenance and L1-L2 support incidences.
  • SLA for post-deployment includes project teams made when the contract is created, along with regular vendor and quality team training.
Helpdesk & Call Logging System
  • Datec has a fully manned helpdesk and call logging system that manages all service and support calls.
  • Helpdesk support and call logging are available toll-free from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Datec uses an electronic help desk and call tracking system, where calls are logged and assigned to respective engineers.
